Perch & Eggs on the Porch in Port Stanley!
- Port Stanley's commercial fishing fleet in the harbour supplies all the local restaurants with fresh Lake Erie Yellow Perch and Pickerel. We think you'll enjoy our version of pan fried perch with your eggs in the morning with potato latkes and our house made corn muffins with fresh jam!
Corned Beef Hash & Eggs
- This plate is presented with chopped corned beef,grilled golden brown shredded potatoes with onions and peppers,and topped with two poached eggs. This is served with toast or a corn muffin, house jam and chili sauce.
Eggs Benedict
- Two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin, with smoked ham and topped with house hollandaise. Served with fresh fruit salad and potato latke. Also available vegetarian.
Fruit Jacks
- Fluffy buttermilk pancakes filled with the fruit of the season, blueberry, peach, banana, or apple, even pumpkin in the fall. Served with wonderfull Quebec bacon or fresh fruit salad, real Canadian Maple Syrup and butter!
Telegraph House Breakfast
- Quebec bacon or smoked ham, two eggs anystyle, potato latkes or hashbrowns, corn muffin, fresh strawberry jam and chili sauce.
Huevos Rancheros - Occasional Special!
- This is a wonderfull baked Mexican egg dish! Faijita, lettuce, baked beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, black olives, sour cream, salsa, and Avocado! tasty!
Yogurt Bowl:
- Fresh fruit and yogurt topped with toasted walnuts, honey and a little cinnamon served with a side of whole wheat toast.
