Telegraph House is a non smoking building.
Smoking is allowed only on the cement patio, not covered.
No smoking is allowed on the side porch.
Wheelchair Access
- The front door is not accessable for wheelchairs, but we have a ramp on the side entrance to the house and two main floor suites. The larger of the two is our Room 101 Main, and has a wheelchair height toilet in the ensuite bathroom and a larger sitting area.

- South on Highway 4 (Wellington Road) from London at the 401, only 20 minutes. Wellington Road "South" exit.

Parking
- Guest parking for rooms is in front of the building. Special arrangements can be made for motorcycles and antique vehicles behind the building if necessary. Driveway gate will be opened for handicapped access to the dining room ramp, please call ahead to make arrangements for your handicapped access for room reservations.
Check In - Check Out
- Check in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. If later, please call ahead. Check out is 11 a.m. PLEASE USE FRONT DOOR to check in. Thank you. The front door is locked at all times, so please ring the bell, we are expecting you!

Cancellation Policy
- Five days notice or 25% of room rate charged and redeemable upon next booking. No notice, full rate charged.
